Will Paradigm Engineering now become Trinity Environmental or Trinity Green or Trinity (whatever)? That's the rumor. New name, same unethical leaders.

Deuteronomy 24:14,15
14: Do not take advantage of a hired man who is poor and needy, whether he is a brother Israelite or an alien living in one of your towns. 15: Pay him his wages each day before sunset, because he is poor and is counting on it. Otherwise he may cry to the LORD against you, and YOU WILL BE GUILTY OF SIN.

(Thanks to Jeremy Boucher for submitting this convicting scripture.)

Hello, I am a former employee of Paradigm Engineering, 1165 South Stemmons Fwy., Suite 100, Lewisville, Texas 75067 (972-829-8100) and I am furious!. I worked for them almost 2 years before resigning for non payment of wages. During the same time period in which they were not paying me, they were also not paying a number of other employees. They didn't miss just one paycheck but was beginning a pattern that would result in not paying a number of their employees 3, 4 and at one time 5 paychecks.

The scripture above will appear throughout this site because you need to know that all the laws they have apparently broken and the harm they have done to their current and former employees was done by a company that claims to be a Faith Based company representing Christianity.

At the time of my resignation I calculated they owed me close to $19,000 Gross in back wages and PTO (paid time off) hours which they still haven't paid me. They still owe some former employees and some current employeed back pay, expenses and PTO pay. So someone please tell me how they are able to violate the Texas Dept of Labor laws regarding payment of wages and remain in business.

My outrageous story about Paradigm Engineering, 1965 Lakepointe Drive in Lewisville, Texas.

Like so many other employees I witnessed at Paradigm Engineering, I was (in my opinion) taken advantage of, manipulated and exploited by this so-called Christian company. In no way am I attempting to pass judgment on the charismatic leaders of Paradigm Engineering . My intent is to present the facts of what they put me and other employees through and how they repeatedly appeared to break the law over and over again. Then you can make the decision for yourself… Is what Paradigm Engineering did and is still doing to it’s employees legal or representative of Christ or Christianity.

Back in 1978 when Jim Jones, the cult leader of the People’s Temple convinced my late grandmother and about 900 other followers to commit suicide, I thought to myself; “how could so many innocent God-fearing, God-loving, Christians be convinced to participate in something so horrific as to take their own life. Well if you think that in today’s times it’s not possible for groups of innocent people both Christians and non-Christians to be manipulated and exploited by charismatic leaders who claim to have Christian morals or a Christian foundation then read on.

I guarantee you by the time you finish reading the information on this site, you’ll be scratching you head and wondering…”wow, how could these employees be convinced to remain in a situation that is clearly not healthy for them, ripping their families apart and destroying them financially.”

This is my unbelievable but true experience of what happened to me during my employment at Paradigm Engineering in Lewisville Texas.

Paradigm’s Temple

I went to work for this “faith-based” company a little over 1 1/2 years ago. For about 10 months things there were great. We had “Daily Devotions” every morning, it was a stress-free environment, some of us had the option to work remotely from home, I was pulling down a great salary and I worked with a great bunch of people. All of this was about to become so irrelevant for what I and a number of other employees were about to be put through at the hands of Paradigm. Around June of 2007 (about 10 months after I started working for Paradigm) things began to turn sour. Paradigm’s leaders communicated to us that the company was undergoing some small financial struggles. They assured us everything would be ok in a short period of time but paychecks would have to be delayed about a week. Little did we know that this was the beginning of a series of apparent illegal and questionable actions imposed upon us by Paradigm Engineering. That 1 week delay in pay checks turned into 2 weeks. Then 2 weeks turned into 3 weeks. Finally, 3 weeks turned into 4 weeks and 4 weeks turned into 5 weeks. These weeks of not paying us were in direct violation of the Texas Labor Codes. Paradigm Engineering was apparently breaking the law repeatedly and they had to know it.

During the period while we were not being paid we were constantly told by the leaders how important it was to “keep the faith”, to “keep putting forth a 100% effort”, to “keep a Servant’s Heart” and “hold on” because “Things were looking up” and we could expect pay checks soon. They kept telling us financial relief was on the way. They so eloquently kept feeding us this nonsense for about 7 or 8 months but that financial help never arrived.

For most of us the normal method of payment was direct deposit. However, Paradigm always gave us the option of picking up a paper check from them if we wanted to. We knew better than that because a few employees took paper checks when times were so desperate they needed something. The majority if not all of those paper checks bounced like a rubber ball (see victim stories) and the employees (me included) were left to deal with the consequences and fees. Soon some banks would not take any more of Paradigm’s payroll checks. Even some local check cashing places would refuse to cash any payroll checks from Paradigm Engineering. Yes, this “Christian” company had on more than one ocassion passed out HOT payroll checks to it’s employees. This is a true and easily verifyable fact.

Important News

The Texas Workforce Commission is processing wage claims against Paradigm Engineering right now. I'm told they have all the documentation needed to expedite the claims. So far there have been 37 claims filed. If you haven't filed a wage claim yet, you are encouraged to do so ASAP! Also, be sure to use the words "Former Paradigm Employee". Apparently this could help you get judgement against Paradigm. Go figure!

To find out the status of a filed claim, contact John Henninger (512) 463-3069.

New Name - Trinity Green

It's no rumor anymore. The new business will be Trinity Green. So will Trinity Green be under the same deceitful leadership that ran Paradigm Engineering into the ground?. Probably! This will allow them to continue their shady, unethical, fraudulent business practices under a new name.

Disturbing Possibility

When Paradigm Engineering no longer exists, what does that mean for current employees who are owed past due paychecks and/or past due expenses? A new name will mean a new federal tax ID number. Essentially an entire new company. Do you still have faith in these people? Do you still believe you will get your money? Are you willing to take a potential hit in the wallet like this and continue working as if nothing happened? Good Luck!
